The Evolution of Me

Hello! Truth be told I have no idea how you ended up here, but welcome. I only have the one blog, which means it gets filled up with a lot of unrelated things. There will be numerous fandoms, posts about privilege and oppression, and lots and lots of pretty pictures. Frequently school gets in the way and this Tumblr goes dormant, and then break comes along and I queue up a flood of posts, so don't follow if you like your dash to be somewhat regular. I'm working on plans for a hobbit hole mansion that me and my friends will live in. If you have ever thought about your own dream-home, then pretty please will you tell me about it? I don't put up pictures or much biographical information about myself, but you can call me Sakura Nicole. Oh, and even though this blog may not always be active, I will always answer my asks, so that's open if you ever need to talk to someone or rant. P.S. I do occasionally put up personal posts, usually under a read more. I would never ask anybody to not read something I put out there publicly, but if I know you in person could you at least pretend you didn't read it? Please and Thank You.

oh, oh my goodness. i’ve actually seen this floating around tumblr for a while and i had no idea that you drew it! I absolutely adore it.

So I’m a liddle bit excited for the new hobbit movie so I’ve drawn Martin Freeman who plays Bilbo Baggins, watch the video of ma drawing it and I’ll give you huggles. Link here.

My Valentine’s Day card from Raya (go check her out, there’s photos and poems). My favourite animal is a white tiger, my favourite color is blue-green, and I like quoting people, (it makes me feel validated). So yeah, Raya is awesome and gave me a personalized card while I just gave her a singular, store-bought chocolate heart. She is amazing, and I am very lucky to have her as my friend.

Or until they swerved In a swift, circular line To the left, Because of the firecat. The bucks clattered. The firecat went leaping, To the right, to the left, And Bristled in the way. Later, the firecat closed his bright eyes And slept. The assignment (yep, this is homework) was to do an illustration of what we pictured a firecat to look like based on the above poem. I worked off of this picture I found on the internet: but tweaked it slightly for my uses. Unfortunately my drawing was dented before I finished, but hopefully that doesn’t detract from the image too much.

Remus Lupin Why oh why did I give him such huge baby eyes? So, this is my first piece of fan art. Probably my only piece, I mean, look at the guy, there is absolutely no personality to the picture. This isn’t even how I picture him (of course, I don’t exactly have the type of book-to-movie imagination). Anyways, I did him at the same time as I did the weird glowing girl, but couldn’t figure out what to do with his left arm. After unsuccessfully trying different poses with a wand I just left it limp. Also, I have no idea how to draw robes. AlsoAlso, I have seemed to have forgotten how to crop pictures. (Can you tell I’m not happy with this one?)
